District Manager
The Post Register is looking for a District Manager for our Circulation Department. The District Manager is
responsible for ensuring the delivery of the newspaper within an assigned geographic area through the use of independent contractors. He/She must maintain defined standards of customer service and promote increased circulation through individual and team efforts.
Duties Include:
Recruits, contracts, and guides an independent
contractor carrier force to insure quality service to
subscribers/vendors
Responds to customer complaints and works to resolve complaints quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Maintains company records as needed, including accurate and up-to-date route delivery lists.
Delivers open routes as needed.
Work weekends as duty manager as part of a rotation.
Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.
Candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds and walk as far as a mile.
Candidates need reliable personal transportation that can be used for business purposes.

Assistant District Manager
The Post Register is looking for an Assistant District Manager to work part-time in the Circulation
department. The assistant will work with the District Manager and other circulation employees to provide good service to subscribers. They will be
responsible for helping make sure newspapers are delivered on open routes. The right individual will be available to work 15 to 25 hours a week and must work weekends. They will need to work a daily shift between the hours of 3:00 am and 8:00 am. This is a great part-time job that works well with school or other employment.
Duties include:
Delivery of down routes as needed.
Work weekends as the duty manager.
Deliver missed newspapers.
Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs. and walk as far as a mile.
Candidates need to have reliable personal transportation that can be used for business purposes.

Home Delivery Coordinator
The Post Register is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, outgoing person to join our circulation team. We currently have an opening for a full-time Home Delivery Coordinator.
The Home Delivery Coordinator is responsible to maintain subscriber and carrier records in our circulation systems for all products, enter new records for delivery and work with the District Managers to help in the recruitment of new carriers. They will also work with the Customer Service Manager to help provide excellent customer service and run the daily computer processes for multiple news products. The Home Delivery Coordinator will also work with the Circulation Manager to maintain and update newspaper route records, set up and change routes as needed.
The right person will be willing to learn multiple computer systems, learn USPS mail reports, and make retention calls to current subscribers.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred, confident with cold calling of potential subscribers, ability to build rapport with others, effective verbal and written skills, work well in a team environment, ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, and excellent organizational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or the ability to learn these programs.
Must be available to work between the hours of 7 am and 6 PM Monday- Friday and some weekends and holidays. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance; 401K and paid time off.
