Director of Innovation and Effectiveness
Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution in a field of study offered within the division required or a bachelors degree with significant related experience may be considered. Demonstrated community college educational program management/leadership and supervisory experience, excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, ability to collect information, perform analysis and recommend solutions and a general knowledge of operation and organizational structures of a multi-campus community college environment; instructional standards, curriculum and accreditation requirements; computer software skills; file management and reporting systems; and initiating and successfully working with advisory groups and/or community agencies required.
