QUALITY CLERK- KIEWIT POWER CONSTRUCTORS
Employment Type: Full Time
Primary Responsibilities • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare meeting agendas, assist with setup and cleanup and create PowerPoint presentations as requested. • Manage the internal portal by updating and changing documents as requested, uploading new documents and maintaining and creating templates. • Maintain data spreadsheets, manage travel arrangements, and prepare department organizational charts. • Fill out and submit expense reports, ensuring all transactions are accounted for. • Approve timesheets, allocate overhead, and track applicable overtime. • Scan and enter resumes into access database, filing for future review. • Assist with new hire onboard processing, update systems and mentor peers. • Create and maintain department contact list, manage department standards and create and maintain templates.
Qualifications • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge and experience in SharePoint is a plus • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for periods of time during assembly of documents, to sit, to talk or to hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

DOCUMENT CONTROL CLERK

DISTRICT OVERVIEW: Kiewit Power Constructors (KPC) provides direct-hire construction services for Power Generation utilizing a union craft force. Kiewit Power Constructors builds major EPC power plant projects throughout North America. LOCATION This position will be based in Idaho Falls, ID.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform document control duties in project site office as assigned with supervision. • Contribute to a team responsible for document flow and distribution at a job site. • Collect and log all contract documents and project documentation from bid phase through project completion. • Reproduce, distribute, store and retrieve necessary documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS • High school graduate with at least one year of related business experience • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, e-mail and Intranet • Willing to perform a variety of tasks and learn new skills • Basic knowledge of document control procedures, Prolog, and office equipment such as computers, typewriters, copy machines, telephone systems, etc. • Basic knowledge of filing and record retention systems
