The Idaho Press is seeking a Sales/Customer Service Executive to provide a direct line for new and existing customers. Responsibilities include working with customers to answer questions, discover marketing needs, present specialized campaigns, take orders, design, coordinate ad proofs and input creative. You will work with management, sales and design teams bringing expertise to assist customers. Must enjoy learning new things, be a creative thinker and specialize in getting things done on short deadlines.

Desire to learn new software skills. Experience in using Microsoft Office software. Day to Day Activities. Check all messages, follow up with customers, and review daily calendar. Create a to-do list for project management responsibilities. Respond to customer inquiries, design ads, send out ad proofs, and complete ad quotes. Review follow up call list, research past customer projects and reach out to customers to renew previous ad packages. Using CRM software, record all customer updates and projects daily. Review any special additions and timelines and share opportunities with accounts. Complete daily preparation for customer call backs and current projects. Review ad completion and scheduling to meet timelines. Participate in sales meetings, learning opportunities and digital training. Attend local community events, activities, and celebrations.
