Through our Employment and Training Department we develop strategies that in turn will assist farmworkers to increase their skill development in areas including: trade, educational, and professional skills. Employment & Training houses programs that focus on providing services in the following areas:

  • Education
  • Employment & Training
  • Community & Emergency Services

The programs include:

  • Workforce Investment Act – Section 167 (WIA-167)
  • National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP)
  • Community Service Block Grant (CSBG)
  • YouthBuild (YB)
  • High School Equivalency (HEP)
