Allen Integrated Assemblies ISO Certified electronics manufacturer specializing in PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies is looking for an experienced Production Manager to run its manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include managing printed circuit board and electro-mechanical assembly; production scheduling, with a focus on improving schedule stability while ensuring quality standards are met; developing labor requirements, management reports and adherence to processes. Individual needs be a team player able to work in a dynamic environment and have supervisory experience. Knowledge of an ERP system is required along with knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes. A degree in a related field, experience with ISO procedures and APICS a plus.
